After writing for high school and college newspapers, I published my first interview with a Grammy-winning musician in a local paper in Greenville, South Carolina in 1989 and landed my first national record review in Andy Warhol's Interview magazine in 1993. Since that time, I have published articles about music, arts, culture, global health, and human rights in a variety of international and regional media outlets. Here are a few clips since 2001. Older stories can be found in the archives (under construction). Visit the Archives for more stories.
